Second week
On Monday the students of the cours started presenting the work they have done the previous week about their favourite animal. Then we started learning how to edit images and create GIF's with GIMP. On Tuesday we started working with OpenShot, a video editor. Today we have done a brief introduction to HMTL language to create web pages with Emacs editor.
While we keep working on the others activities. We continue installing Ubuntu on some computers and other programs that were missing. We have also checked the computers working and its lacks (wifi, battery, chargers, etc.).
About the payments management application, we progress with the graphic interface and the information storage. Regarding the photovoltaic station we add two batteries we brought from Mbackombel and improve the remote monitoring interface. Finally, we keep checking the Internet connectivity and valuing possible improvements to have more velocity when lots of devices are connected.

At the end of this week, on Thursday and Friday, on the course we started working with creation and edition of web sites. The language the students have started learning is HTML. We also helped the students that hadn't an email to create one.
About the others parts of the project: the kit to control the photovoltaic station has allowed us to keep track of the state of the new batteries. We keep working with the payment management application and optimizing its working. About the analyzing of the communications we have done velocity tests with different phone companies, and we have installed a second router at the studying room. Finally, we consider the computers' installations done.
